The Southern Highlands Provincial Governor awarded the roads upgrading feasibility studies for the following roads (including bridges), which had a total length of 371 kilometers within the Southern Highland province.

- Munihu – Nipa Road: 22.5 kms

- Poroma – Kutubu (Moro) Road: 112.6 kms
- Kisenapoi – Ankura River Bridge: 34.4 kms
- Ialibu – Pangia Road: 23.1 kms
The services provided included the desktop and on-site visit of the various roads. The studies included the preparation of the scope of upgrading for the roads/ bridges to DoW Roads and Bridge Standards and the preparation of budget cost estimates and the Roads Feasibility Study Reports.
