Design and Build Project for a Construction of a 10,000m² Retail and Office commercial development for the Samoa National Provident Fund. Project features large cyclone resistant sail spanning between the two building of the complex providing shade and rain shelter for the central walkway area. Kramer Ausenco was engaged to provide full Engineering Design services. Design Services included Structural, Civil and full Services Design Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Hydraulic) engineering. And Challenges of this project included a high water table, difficult subsurface conditions drainage problems and a tight program.
