Client required a Registered Structural Engineer (firm) to carry out amendments to the Structural Engineering documentation to reflect the amendment to Architectural documentation as provided by the Client’s Architect on this large warehouse.
Kramer Ausenco was commissioned to certify the footings and the building structure to provide assurance that construction had been executed in accordance with the certified structural engineering drawings and reflected the intent of the Structural Design Engineer.
Kramer Ausenco investigated, reported and certified that the structural components in question were constructed in accordance with the design.
A letter was written to the Building Board Authority for the issuance of the Completion and Occupancy Certificates.
