Renovation of the Westpac Bank office
Kramer Ausenco was responsible for:
- Measuring up a detailed plan of office, showing the layout of tenancy partitions, internal partitions including doorways, columns, thickness of partitions, and identifies those partitions which are floor-to-ceiling, and those which do not go to the full height of the ceiling
- Drawing up "reflected ceiling" plans to show the exact size of the ceiling panels, and the location of air-conditioning registers and return air grilles and light fittings
- Checking both internal & external surfaces of the office and identify all damaged items that need to be replaced or remedied and upgrade to its original condition
