Mt Hagen Hospital Inspection

The Mt Hagen General Hospital Board commissioned Kramer Ausenco on 22nd February 2010 to carry out a Quality Assurance Audit on the Construction of New Facilities to verify and ascertain the grievances. Stop Work Notice had been imposed on any further construction until independent assurance was externally sought.

Kramer Ausenco was commissioned to undertake Site Inspection to inspect quality of work executed by the Contractor to date, identify substandard works if any and make recommendations for remedial works.

Kramer Ausenco visited the project site, and completed the report to the Client.  Client ultimately requested the Contractor to rectify the identified defects before progressing on the remaining works.
