Design and associated works for the change to electrical metering at the Anthony Saru, NPF, Komi Fera and Plaza buildings.
Kramer Ausenco were able to:
- Provide a single metering point for electrical supply to the Anthony Saru, NPF, Komi Fera and Plaza buildings including optimum location for the bulk meters inclusive of suitable SIEA access
- Provide sub-meters in all of the tenancies within each building, whether by acquiring existing SIEA meters or removing the existing meters and installing new meters
- Arrange the circuitry so that the power supply from the SINPF operated generators is fed into the building circuit on the incoming side of the main meter to allow for SINPF to charge tenants for the electricity it generates during SIEA downtime
- Allow for a locality or site plan for each building to identify the location of the proposed SIEA bulk meters.We have also allowed for a basic electrical single line diagram for each of the buildings to identify the required changes to the metering
