The PNG Civil Authority (CAA) required the valuation updating of its total Asset Registers on twenty-two (22) National Airports in the nineteen provinces and the National Capital District of PNG. Assets included: Land (Industrial, Commercial and Residential); Civil Infrastructures (Runways, Taxiways, Aprons, Roads, Car Parks etc.); Buildings (Commercial and Residential); Communications, Navigational and External Services and Office Equipment and Vehicles.
Services provided included complete desktop valuation of the Assets and submission of Asset Valuation Certification and Report.
