Kramer Ausenco was commissioned by Southern Highlands Provincial Government in 2003 to undertake feasibility study and budget cost estimates for the 21.5 km Mendi to Munihu road project. The feasibility study comprised of undertaking desktop studies, Field Investigations and compiling of a feasibility study report.
